Welcome to the New Blog. Let’s Ride.

Riding in and around Utah doesn’t take a back seat to anyplace in the world.

It doesn’t matter if your pleasure is climbing high mountain passes, cruising through pastoral landscapes, or visiting scenery you won’t see anywhere else in the world in Southern Utah’s red rock desert—Utah has it all.

Check out the “Favorite Rides” tab at your nearest dealership website to start exploring. The folks at Harley-Davidson of Salt Lake, South Valley Harley-Davidson, Saddleback Harley-Davidson, and Golden Spike Harley-Davidson have all shared some of the rides they like when they hit the road. I’ll be writing about these rides, as well as others.

While these are some of the best rides in Utah, they’re really only the beginning. I’m sure you’ve heard of Route 66 or Highway 1 down the Oregon and California Coasts. Did you know that Highway 89, the National Park Highway, is on that same list? From Mexico to Canada, 89 passes near The Grand Canyon, Zions, Bryce, Cedar Breaks, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Glacier—people come from all over the world to throw a leg over and ride this scenic gem.

Have you ever wanted to do a multi-day tour? Southern Utah offers some great opportunities for a long weekend in the saddle. There are plenty of places to camp, or stay in a motel, along the way. I’ll let you know what you’ll need on the road, what to expect, and even where to stop and eat along the way.

Utah is also a great staging area for a trip down the Oregon Coast, a ride along some of old Route 66 in Arizona, a visit to Cortez, Colorado, or an epic ride over Chief Joseph Pass to the Bear Tooth Highway in Wyoming into Montana.

We live in an incredible place to ride. Where’s your next ride taking you?
